Elizabeth L. Wynn is a partner with Kyle Wynn & Associates.
She handles a variety of probate, estate planning and asset protection matters for many families throughout Mississippi. She prides herself with the ability to provide her clients with the personalized attention, care, accuracy and dedication expected of an Elder Law Attorney.
Mrs. Wynn attended The University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She then attended Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi, receiving a Master of Business Administration. While working on her Masters Degree, Elizabeth had the great fortune to study abroad in various parts of Italy.
Mrs. Wynn later received her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from The Mississippi College School of Law. She was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Writing. While in law school, she externed for the Federal Public Defender, Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and in addition volunteered at the Mission First Legal Aid Office. She is a member of the Mississippi Bar, The Mississippi Bar: Young Lawyers Division, The American Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mrs. Wynn is co-author of the book "How to Protect Your Family's Assets from Devastating Nursing Home Costs, Medicaid Secrets: Mississippi Edition" and is admitted to practice in all trial courts in the state of Mississippi and Tennessee, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern districts of Mississippi and Supreme Courts of Mississippi and Tennessee.
Mrs. Wynn enjoys spending time with her family, and almost any outdoor activity. When time will permit, she enjoys traveling to new places.
